Worth knowing about Typeform
- Seats are fixed per plan (1, 3, 3, 5, 5) so a 20 person team has no self-serve path: Enterprise is required beyond 5 users.
- SSO and the organization activity log are Enterprise only.
- Prepaid subscriptions cannot be paused; cancellation takes effect at period end and forms may close to new responses.
